Irving Picard accuses those family members of using the business as a "piggy bank."

The lawsuit demands that they return some $200 million for redistribution to investors who fell prey to Madoff's Ponzi scheme.

Madoff is serving a 150-year prison term after pleading guilty to the fraud.
